We must distinguish between the mind (nous), related to the soul’s senses, and reason (logic), which relates to the senses of the body.

Mind (nous) recognizes the thoughts of divine origin, receives the grace of God and acts upon the body.

As you can see in the video above, a righteous settlement of the mind is of a great significance, on the spiritual journey.
